Purchase Orders

Purchase orders may be granted, dependent upon Dun & Bradstreet or other valid trade reference agency, credit references and other factors. We accept verified purchase orders with a valid PO number. Open accounts are only offered to those who qualify, and are offered under net thirty (30) day payment terms, unless specifically approved otherwise. Failure to abide by agreed credit terms and payment requirements will result in cancellation of eligibility for credit purchases and terms. We provide credit to companies in the continental United States, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. You may contact a corporate sales representative to inquire about pricing for quantity discounts.

The purchaser contact representative noted on the order will be contacted by our Accounting Department for credit verification. Authorized dealers purchasing on the wholesale level from us must provide all necessary resale license information and verification that you are qualified to do business in the State specified and in good standing.

Your purchase order must include the following minimum information:

• Name of Company or entity
• Shipping address
• Accounts payable address
• Contact name and telephone number
• Product identification numbers
• Quantities of each product
• List prices for each product
• Applicable tax information, if any

Such completed purchase orders should be faxed to.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent which the state of Nevada. Nevada state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Our current sales tax collection rate is 7.375%.
